They just say "we don't have the technical data package" nor know how to say the word, no. Fly by the seat of there pants, hold on there cheeks and pray! Just review and focus, learn to pass on things out of your scope, so you don't waste the customers time because of poor judgement. That will save the hard working employees there well deserved jobs too, create a great working atmosphere. Finally, tell the Security company that wearing side arms are not needed! I highly Recommend: Rewards for colleges and subordinates with praise and take them out to lunch, no more Pot Luck Lunches!
