Most of my co-workers were fun to work with, but the management was horrible. My original supervisor (a woman) was great to work with/for, but they combined some departments and gave her position to a man who was the epitome of a male chauvinist pig. Most male co-workers were sexist and demeaning. Several male members of the upper management were rumored to be having affairs with lower level females. Corporate culture is not supportive. Current Executive management is not trustworthy Current management is just bad. Company since 2017 has gone down hill. The main Company Wencor who Kitco is a division of is the money maker of the corporation. Since the sell overall stability is questionable, most of the company was relocated to Georgia. The manager was wonderful as well as all the people. I learned how to make fiberglass molds and how to wire lights for gold carts. I learned how to clean and fix the molds. The manager was a wonderful person very laid back and a good teacher on everything I learned about fiberglass. Great manager and team workers. However, some management was quite unethical. They preferred men to women working there at one point. But, I think it has all changed now. Sometimes it was hard to get management to listen to you and your needs.
