I get the chance to do something I enjoy and get paid a great salary to do it. Knowing my input is appreciated to the point people ask me regularly what "my take is" makes me feel part of the company, not just an employee. The atmosphere is comfortable and laid back. I am given the flexibility to perform without being hovered over which makes me feel even more accountable for doing a good job, because I want to not because someone is making me! The office is centrally located to great restaurants within walking distance, so when I go to lunch everyday I want to try something new because I love eating out.
