KJT Group is by far the best company I've ever worked for. I was able to immediately make a positive impact, and was encouraged to do so. Our values guide everything we do, and while we work hard, there is a lot of emphasis on balance, self-care, empowerment of others, empathy and mutual respect. No one is out for themselves, we work for the common good because it benefits us all. Leadership is transparent and open to ideas. Lots of room and encouragement of personal and professional growth. Very team-oriented from top-down and between groups. I love my job. . .how many people can say that?!? :)

The nature of market research is such that sometimes there are late nights and weekends, but it is not consistent and there is a great deal of effort put into lining up help when needed.

The company is very flexible and supportive of most employees needs. Remote working options are available for short and long term arrangements. Work is quite varied and offers daily challenges, so great for those who enjoy problem solving and creative thinking.

The variety of work can become overwhelming at times during busy periods. As a small company, it is important that everyone be proactive and able to work independently. If that's not your style, this may not be the place for you.

Collegial atmosphere. Lots of training and opportunities to learn. Lots of team building types of activities. Very smart people work there

Very hectic pace making it difficult at times to give 100% to any specific project--pulled in too many directions. Scope creep by clients on many projects (management reluctant to ever push-back on client requests). Lots of smart people work there, BUT, if they choose to leave the company, they are verbally bashed by management.
