Great people, volatile structure

The people on my team were very supportive, friendly, and easy to work with. Work life balance was great - I was fully remote and could step away for lunch if I needed to. But, there were many team changes and little explanation as to why.

If this company is where it is right now is because of its people. The CEO and top management are completely disconnected from reality and don't know how lucky they are that somehow, someone managed to put together the teams that led Klarna to be successful.

Why can’t corner was always really really fun. The staff was very supportive. You got taken out to lunch is you got a nice rewards. Whatever you did good things the only downside is sometimes it can be short staffed.

Klarna is an interesting experience. There are a lot of perks, but the negative aspects far outweigh them. As a Swedish company, the insurance and other health/wellness benefits are excellent. It would be difficult to find an American based company that offers what they do. However, the business is run quite poorly, the customer experience is lackluster at best, and management has some serious work to do. Would not recommend as a long term place because there simply is no security.
