High energy, start-up mentality with an exciting product and a lot of potential. Great team of employees and casual work atmosphere.

Upper management consistently does not heed advice of the experts they hire, resulting in numerous failed projects. Management too involved at lower level activities, and indecisive at this level, resulting in ability to move projects forward, and costing the company a great deal of money.

Bad behavior has caught up with CEO & CFO

Interesting technology but once on the inside you find it's all marketing hype from one of the founders in Morgan Hill, CA. The CEO burned many good people and in Jan 2016 the board kicked him out of CEO position.
|
Feb 2016 most employees have been laid off, some without last paycheck. CFO says they have no funds unless some investor/buyer comes along.
They burned $25M and a lot of people and it's finally insolvent. Kinda sad, but there wasn't much substance to it

Exciting technology, no room for women
|

The company has exciting technology and potential. That was the best part.
|
The CEO is the founder. He was not very open to input. He micro-managed quite a bit. The company does not have any women on management or on the board. You can look at the website to verify that. When the company had layoffs, women made up the minority of the staff but were the majority laid off. Performance reviews were rare. Employees were expected to be on call 24/7. No work life balance.
