Great team of employees and casual work atmosphere. Upper management consistently does not heed advice of the experts they hire, resulting in numerous failed projects. The CEO burned many good people and in Jan 2016 the board kicked him out of CEO position. Feb 2016 most employees have been laid off, some without last paycheck. CFO says they have no funds unless some investor/buyer comes along. They burned $25M and a lot of people and it's finally insolvent. That was the best part. The CEO is the founder. He was not very open to input. He micro-managed quite a bit. The company does not have any women on management or on the board. You can look at the website to verify that. When the company had layoffs, women made up the minority of the staff but were the majority laid off. Performance reviews were rare. Employees were expected to be on call 24/7.
