CEO was a saint. Bitter employees didn't know how much was done for them

I miss this company. It was the best place I ever worked. The company was closed due to insurance not paying and a bank called Presidential Financial which ended up being a bunch of loan sharks. The CEO Andrew Spanswick did a remarkablejob even though he was sabotaged by many people that had their own selfish agenda. Mr. Spanswick helped thousands of people and gave all of his employees opportunities they have now found out were not so easy to get. I'd give Mr. Spanswick 11 stars if I could and think that this site misses the point about his great achievements.

KLEAN has a lot of potential to be a great company and provide quality care, but management does not plan beyond 2 weeks ahead and does not follow through with proposed strategies or improvements. Marketing strategy is incomplete, focusing too much on developing slick web content and not enough on establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources. Facilities need consistent and cohesive programming and upper management needs to empower and guide employees in pursuit of established goals/objectives.

Great program, low client load, lots of internal growth opportunity, responsive management, innovative new programing, EHR, bonus is good, health insurance is good. Seems like there are a lot of staff that have been here since the company began 7 years ago.

I work in W. Hollywood but some of the locations are in WA and OR in smaller towns. Although the Portland IOP is really nice.

Decent pay, considering you have to move out to the middle of nowhere. The facility itself is nice and well kept.

Cliques between supervisors and select staff undermine a healthy working environment. Management's focus is on money, not patient care or retaining quality staff. Policies and procedures are followed selectively, according to who is in favor at the time. Turnover is greater than average.

Put the focus on patient care rather than keeping the money coming in. Your best advertisement is your alumni, and their focus is on the quality of the counseling; not the food, outings or internet access. You've lost two counselors and had 4 Directors since January 2016. Wake up.
