Always growing and hiring. What is also amazing is how they genuinely try to keep everyone on the job despite losing some clients or during the COVID downturn. Within the media department, there are people in roles that don’t have properly defined responsibility and/or unnecessary overlap. The company is all about "people first," and they show that daily. It feels like a tight-knit family, despite being a company that is steadily growing.
