There seemed to be some pros when looked at from the outside, but when you get to know the company you realize how much negativity and chaos happens there. Management, no transparency, no outlook for the future, horrible management decisions, no room for growth, no promotions, you get taken for granted. There were soooo many negative things with this company, and no positives really. Maybe focus on Klips more until the business is more stable, then come back to it. Communication is a big factor. When there were no raises at the end of the year, employees were not explicitly told this or given a performance review, but left thinking it had simply been delayed. This came across as quite disrespectful. Amazing spaces to collaborate or shut yourself away if you really need to focus on a project. Everyone is super friendly and helpful - the upper management team is very approachable. Tons of fun team building events, monthly company wide meetings help sync everyone up.
