Worst ever organization.
|
I worked as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in KMC constructions for KL-03 project at kerala. In my entire period i wasn't paid saying that organization was in loss. I used to recieve monthly payslips but i never recieved my salary even after quiting the organization. The company has many debts and is completly failed to take care of its employees. I have even faced difficulty in accomodation and food which they've promissed me on the day of joining. I would say, joining in KMC constructions ltd is waste of time. Working hard without expecting a fruit out of it.

This is the worst company in my career.
They can lay down the Project at any moment or not to complete at time even 10 yrs.
Best example is NH47 Road project started @2011. As on date project closure not yet arrived by the company.

Salaries not paid regularly , Management is too worst they make us to beg for salary . No proper planning for execution.
My timings are morning 8 am to evening 7 pm
Hardest part of job is examining and performing survey works in rivers
