Every person that works at KMS Lighthouse is a positive, hard-working, team player who is moving towards the same goal. Giving 100% is a must but making a real impact and being recognized for your efforts is a incredible motivator.

If you're looking to blend in, KMS Lighthouse is not the place. Not really a con for most, but the Lighthouse brand is not a massive org. For those not afraid to shine, the opportunities abound.

No structure, no KPIs, always got paid on time, as long as you show up to work everyday and say your doing something you will keep your job

CEO has no background of scaling a sales organization as he is the CFO at the parent company.
US Sales team are great people but because they have no KPIs, no training, no coaching, opportunities are few and far between. Sales introduces the company then solutions architect does all the work in terms presentation and qualifing the opportunity .When I was hired in was told 10-20 logos could be expected in the US to date 1 company in the process of closing.
KMS Lighthouse relies heavily on partnerships but has nothing to offer their partners so partnerships channel isn't as lucrative as it could be.
This company is based out of Isreal which is 7 hour time difference in the US so basic questions are hard to get answered if they get answered at all.
Chief Solutions Architect is the brains of the organization but has too much on his plate to help move the company forward.
Half the information you find online including their website is very outdated.
