Extremely toxic environment. Politics, backstabbing, bullying, extremely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. Firm should be shut down. Collection of people who cannot make it anywhere else in life. You'll see. Watch the the movie boiler room. This is exactly the same type of place. Corrupt. They have you spy on other employees for them. Find others who have worked there and ask for yourself. The place is a disaster. Avoid at all costs. You will hate your life.

Stressful and toxic, efficient at destroying your soul.

Not afraid of working extra hours, but boy does this firm love making you work holidays, stay late and arrive early.
The work is tedious and monotonous, your brain will be mush.
There are also too many meetings, most of the time, it's a waste of time.
There's an inner circle you cannot join and are reminded of it. Cattiness and gossip from every corner. It's like a high school with full grown adults.
A lot of new staff, few veteran. The sheer amount of employees who are fired or leave is an ongoing joke among staff.
So many will talk down to you simply because you are new. You will be micromanaged. Like, Office Space level micromanaging.
The most enjoyable part of the job is leaving.
Pay varies , but after asking a few coworkers, it's not really competitive. YOU WILL FIND BETTER.

You are relegated to a single aspect of litigation. The rest of the support staff doesn't work together. They are not flexible at all with hours. You are often asked to stay late and come in early. Constant meetings that waste time. They do not provide access to the software needed to streamline litigation. Overall, it is a terrible company.

Fast paced heavy workload with employee treats and meals weekly

A typical day required you to be a self starter and prioritize your task. You typically know each day what your task will look like. You are not micromanaged however are asked to do various task and assist with projects suddenly. Prioritizing and making sure you leave time for that in your day without falling behind is important. Be organized and self sufficient and you will be fine. Ask questions or help if you need it.

Low Pay, Over Worked, High Stress, No Communication

The pay is significantly low for the area
You learn a lot but only because there is no real training. When there is a mishap, no one attempts to learn from the mistake, they just cover it up and hope no one notices.
EXTREMELY HIGH turn over rate.
Management does not communicate AT ALL and often times seemed like they were disconnected and had no idea what was going on.
Complaints fall on deaf ears.
HR can make some inappropriate comments at times and I've personally seen them ignore some inappropriate comments made on multiple occasions.
There's some good people here, but they mostly leave ASAP.
This place is NOT WORTH IT

Terrible management, low pay compared to other law firms, high stress = stay away. You’ve been warned. Don’t fall for the fake 5 star reviews (all a day or two apart on Glassdoor, duh). This place is terrible and HR is a toothless joke. Not worth the free food. I’ll buy my own breakfast, thanks.
