None, wish we / I had more time to fix things and wish I was still there. Tough times call for tough decisions - never easy (for all). After reading other posts, don’t judge product or mgt on tough times. People can react and post feelings with anger / not factual (with emotion). Seems like they are back on track and I would recommend Knoa and CEO. He and I worked very closely and he is a true gentleman and professional. Their Director of Sales and acct mgt is a superstar. She is a true asset!

Location is the only thing going for this company. It's a whole new atmosphere inside.

Lots of layoffs. The company is about to shut down. Some talentless people who should have never been hired were hired in leadership positions which contributed to this downward spiral. And the management is busy in writing good reviews on glassdoor instead of trying to save the company and employees.

Don't waste your time in trying to correct image of your company by writing fake reviews on glassdoor. Save the company. Drive out the people who have proven they cannot save the company and get some good people by examining their track record and not by your relationship with them.

Company has made good strides these past couple of years with major new innovations in cloud and server side monitoring. SAP partnership is stronger than ever thanks to new Management team - CEO and VP Sales. Marketing came out with new strategic positioning and we are getting better traction. Company is well run and professional, much better than in the past. Good culture and morale.
