- management was very rude to me when I started and realized the job wasn’t for me due to many factors. They blatantly accused me of wasting their resources on training me if I was going to leave after such a short time. - lots of cattiness and backstabbing between coworkers for no reason, which made for low productivity and low motivation to do any work. - low pay with commission. - Hours were not flexible although I was paid hourly. - I lived far away and had to come in person everyday. I would try to coordinate coming in early and then leave earlier as it would take me a long time to get home. Manager would act ok with this but at the end of the day asked why I was going home so early and would get mad when we agreed that I could leave early if I completed certain tasks. - manager would say that the clothes were sustainable and eco friendly when they had stuff from China. Management would laugh at me when I told them that I was leaving to work at a sustainable fashion Brand and said “you know our clothes are sustainable right”

I wish this company had some redeeming qualities, but unfortunately it does not.
|
Management is a joke. They hire young people and have them use their connections to gain customers, and then fire the employees once they blow through all their connections. Once fired, they continue to send email from the employees email address to try to continue getting orders. They lie about where things are made. They claim items are made in Italy, when really they're made in China. I wouldn't recommend Knot Standard to anyone.

The stylists were very friendly and my mentor taught me a lot about the custom suit industry. Pay was good and i did not fee like someone was breathing down my neck during the duration of my internship.
