Remove photos on website and other materials of people who left the company or were laid off. The website contains original photos are of people who USED to work here but either left because they got scared they’d be fired or got laid off. Also the program we had in place to help the community is long gone. So change up that whole warm and fuzzy “Who we are” page and tell people the truth. Loyalty and hard work aren’t valued. However, if you do not have this background (which I didn't) this is not a deal breaker...because KL has a stellar new hire onboarding program that will help those new to KL understand their product portfolio.
