The team I was on was very dysfunctional. Didn't seem like they wanted to work together. If they wanted to through you under the busy they would have secret meeting and not tell you. When needing help with something they would all disappear.

I have learned a lot here an KM, Starting with 2 member development team in 2006, I expanded the team to 19 people in 2017.
We have great workplace culture and give values to core values.
- Be Passionate, Think Growth, go extra mile, be a Team player & Have fun.
Most enjoyable part of the job is being very productive and having a good knowledge IT team. Fridays are most enjoyable day with Dog fridays, beer and Ping pong.

No heads up as we were literally sold overnight. Our President and CEO were out the door 10 minutes after the announcement, and the new CEO came in. To say people were shell shocked is the understatement of the year.

Knowledge Marketing is a fun workplace. However, the company was sold recently. That is why I am searching for a new job. At Knowledge Marketing, we had "dog fridays". People brought their dogs in for the day...made the days more relaxing and fun. There is a ping-pong table in the warehouse. The co-workers are very friendly.
