The team members are great people to work with.
Hardworking individuals; sense of humour.

The CEO and senior management can be abusive and unpleasant towards individuals.
There are too many projects running at the same time. Before we finish one thing, we start another, so nothing is ever completed or revised or improved.
Each department resents other departments. They don't talk to each other and don't understand what other departments do. This leads to misunderstandings.
The management expects you to work weekends and late nights. You could lose your job if you refuse to work all hours and your performance is judged on how many weekends you spend at work.

if you are unmarried and no life then this is the best job. No office timings. you have to be available everytime.

we are not slaves. they cut down the salary by 25% and in a company wide meeting, told everyone that company is going through a bad phase and we need to support them. At the same time CEO approved the salary increased of their beloved employee.

i remember a girl at 10:03PM at friday night resolved the issue and wrote on company group that the issue is fixed and she is off for the weekend. Just this part, CEO fired that lady.. i mean are you insane? really? she did solved the issue and its 10 PM at night. so just an advise which i am sure you are not going to take but respect your employee. they are your asset.
