Compensation is GREAT, but no real plan for bonus or merit increases. - KSI has a hard time delivering on what they are selling to both employees and to external customers. They say anything just to get their foot in the door at the client site and then it becomes a mad scramble to deliver on a poorly defined SOW with limited resources. - The other employees in the company may or may not have experience and may have been hired because they're the daughter or friend of somebody who already works for the company. - The women in this organization are extremely unprofessional in how they communicate internally. From sending unprofessional emails to being unnecessarily petty in conversations. - The firm operated like a mom & pop shop or family-owned business moonlighting as a professional consulting firm.
