Laid back environment, fantastic Manager, free lunch on Wednesdays, free beverages, good benefits, great pay. Barely much training; had to learn and figure things out as I went along. Didn’t feel really appreciated or acknowledged either, I was just sort of “there” doing my job with not very much feedback except from Customers. Management wouldn’t give us a heads up or anything until something was officially announced, so we were just as surprised as the customers calling and emailing in complaining. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 4.0 3.0 3.0 3.0 5.0 3.0 1066720 Open Very surprising that I was told the “Customer Support Dept costs the company the most money”, when it is the one thing a company should be most invested in! It’s what brings in new customers and supports the existing ones.
