Working here taught me so much, and I'm honored to have worked with such talented, smart, and gracious people. In addition to the great culture, KW2 offers excellent benefits, such as generous PTO and wonderful health insurance. I recently left so that I could work closer to home (a five-minute walk). I'll come back to visit and always have respect for these people. I'm grateful to have had this experience.

Friendly people and interesting projects.

Lacking in competitive pay as well as benefits, uncoordinated HR dept., unethical treatment of staff, managers aren't sure what they want or need, the staff is overworked like most big companies - however, this is not a large company (25 people or so) so you do not get the large organizational perks (such as a decent salary, fitness center, tuition reimbursement, etc.). Definitely better agencies with more to offer out there. The cons certainly outweigh the pros unfortunately.

Think before you hire. Figure out what your goals are and keep them transparent and tangible otherwise, you come off as uncommunicative and disorganized. I would also suggest management stop using questionable ethical tactics otherwise it could end up getting your company and possibly your staff into some serious legal issues down the road.

Friendly and talented co-workers, some flexibility in schedule, challenging and interesting work and plenty of opportunities for fun. There are also lots of opportunities for ongoing professional development.

It's a small agency, so if you're looking for a more hierarchal structure or the formalities of a bigger place, it may not be for you.

Being a smaller agency in a smaller market can mean not as many opportunities with larger clients, but I've been in larger agencies and would absolutely say I prefer this small to medium sized agency.

Awesome projects that you can take pride in! A lot of the campaigns in house are actually making the world a better place. That mixed with the strong values of endless self improvement with a nurturing culture- I couldn't be happier at KW2. Also, if you work hard, you will be rewarded!

Smaller agency means picking up extra work, which means taking work home. Occasionally have to take work home with you, but hey, that's the nature of this business!

The people at KW2 are honest, hard working and respectful. They have loads of fun between cranking out all the stuff that makes the clients happy.
The monthly review process keeps my goals and my current work on my managers dashboard.

The busy cycles are challenging for a small shop. Everyone has to pull together to get through once in a while. But when you get to the other side, it's always worth it.

I learned a lot about the industry and was able to have hands on experience with many different projects.

There were a couple times where there was not much to work on. However, that is just how business goes. Sometimes its very busy and other times there is a lull. You just have to put yourself out there and ask if anyone needs help with anything.
