- A great enviorment for learning and management is very education focused. They will buy you whatever books, courses, etc you need!
- Arya the boss pretty much always takes everyone out for lunch.
- Everyone is friends, lots of people do stuff outside of work
- Badass game room

- The ping pong table is not ITTF length and width, which sometimes leads to unfair game results.

It is good to see that in spite of being a startup how they have managed to succeed in a short span of time. The pay is well, great location, top class office. Work is too challenging and in short amount of time you can learn a lot of stuff.

Still a lot of things are hanging, and there should be a process under each business type, but since its a startup, we can hope the management improves on this one.

I've worked for other marketing agencies in the area and was referred to Kobe Digital through a friend.
Working in marketing, there are a ton of local companies that don't care about their clients. It's good to work with a company that actually wants to see their clients grow and with a collaborative team atmosphere.
I've learned a TON working here and management is always willing to help sharpen your skills if you're willing to work hard.
Parking is easy and there are tons of great restaurants nearby.

The commute is really far for me. It's a competitive environment that requires hard work to grow but its well worth it in the end.

Systems and processes change somewhat frequently, so it can take some getting used to. In their defense it usually ends up streamlining things in the long run, which I guess is better than doing the same thing just because "that's the way it's always been done." But it can be hard to keep up at times. More so a year or two ago, but there are still team-wide process or software updates one or two times a quarter that can take a week or two to get used to.
