A company that is with least concern about employees and a team that is dormant always

Friendly work environment & flexible work timings
Keeps no track of anybody's performance & no rating system
Management is not very strict about tasks assigned & they do not ask you anything, at all.

It is the most misguided company & it has no "fixed" goals to achieve.
Splurged almost all of the funding that was raised and employees were fired for the business calls that were taken during the due course
The Management is not open for dissent and there is no redressal process for anything
All you have to do is just go to work, chat and get back home if you are not career driven
There is no collaboration between key teams and everybody blames each other for failure
No appraisal even if you perform out of the box
Gossiping & bullying within the office space without rationale discussion about it is very much prevalent
Getting fired without any explanation is one more sad thing about this company
No exit interviews and no like minded employees around
No career growth and no mentions of what is going to be happening in the next few months

Management is a joke. They dream of higher goals, speak a lot of gas in all meetings and end up doing nothing. There will be no going back after a failure, at least to understand "what went wrong". More over, the company is strictly only for puppets who would be saying yes to what ever the Management decides. It is high time the Management accepts dissents and stops gossiping. They initially proclaimed to be a "flat hierarchy" company, where as they do not even have a single policy that supports this claim. The Management has to stop giving importance to their closest circle of friends that work under them to curtail the exit of performing individuals.

so you don't have to actually think. you just have to pretend

You should be ready expecting the company to shutdown at anytime.
Do not expect any hike unless you have plans to stay for 3 years in the company
