Not helpful and if you don’t live in KOHLER, good luck! You’re on your own and set up to fail! I feel like a lot of processes aren’t documented because people want job security and bounce you around from people to people. Procurement process is a joke with outdated training content. They give you aliases to reach out to for AP and procurement that don’t respond until a week or more later. It took over 2 weeks for me to get my laptop and there’s this culture of “if it’s not my job I’m not going to do it” because they’re just there to get a check and collect pension. I’m so mad I left my corporate job for this! Everyone says “it’s just how KOHLER is” which is sad.

Very popular in summertime golf season which meant a lot of hours and opportunities to make great money. Good discounts on their high-end gym membership (the more you went, the higher the discount) which translated into healthier employees
