I worked with some nice coworkers. The area I was put in had better management than others so I was grateful. They provide adequate gear to stay safe in the work environment. When they say “some” mandatory over time, they mean always mandatory overtime for the most part. In the office Dan the receptionist is always willing to help another person and is really informative. There unfortunately is so many cons about this company. The first would be the lack of vacation time, you are really looked down upon and almost teased if you take any sort of vacation. Second would be the snooty attitude a lot of people have. There is a huge lack of teaching you anything for you position and what the cover in education you about their products is done in a span of two to three days with other distributors who are looking just to get away for a week from where ever they come in from. If you do not meet standards (which there is not meeting to set goals with your boss or HR) even if you preform well you will not get a promotion or a pay raise. Plus what they don't warn you about is in the summer when they have low work flow people in the shop and hourly in the office get their hours cut. These cuts can go for weeks or months without warning. It just wasn't a pleasant place to work. Stop the petty office drama and trying building bonds with your team members.
