What is the best part of working for Komfo is that you can feel that everyone always are willing to drop everything to help you. You feel like a part of a team that believes in the same things. We don't work for ourselves and for our pay-check, we work for Komfo and our collective vision. The work environment is very laid back and comfortable with foosball table, open workspaces and a nice terrasse with a view of central Copenhagen. Everyone are respectful and what is really nice, is that no one rushes home once work time is over. Often people will stay a while to chat, play foosball or to do some other activity together. I think this really shows the positive atmosphere that there is here in Komfo. It is a place where you will be given time to learn your tasks and more with no rush of impossible KPI's breathing down your neck. It is a great place to fulfil your career goals. The only con is that I am still studying and therefor can't be at the office more often. Also, as it is still a young company there will be times where there are no set guidelines in your specific work scenario. Alcohol allowed Stressfull work in a poor social setting where everyone works for himself. No team spirit. Lots of overtime and agressive deadlines. Founders are very young and inexperienced with no formal training as leaders which shows in daily work. No strategic vision or direction besides "growth" leaving little motivation besides salary. You can learn very fast in friendly atmosphere. You get a feeling like you are part of a big Komfo family where everyone is proactive and open for ideas. Benefits are ok but nothing extraordinary - free breakfast/fruits/drinks, additional holiday, free parking lots. There is always someone to help you if you need an advice. Almost perfect downtown location. If you need quite place there is a room for that. No overtime except for few critical situations or the devops team which handles the servers. Extremely flexible work time and there is always understanding from management if issues arise. Teams are very compact and work on specific projects. It's hard to move between teams or work on something different.
