- Parent Company Konai is stable

- Worst stage of micro management (have useless hierarchy, one man show)
- No project planning (worst project management), commercial projects taken without any resource plan
- No work-life balance, need to stay extra hour though nothing to do
- Complete mismanagement, each and every decision is taken by one person
- High level of politics to gain proper attention to management
- Only selective persons received high increment though their participation is less compared to others. (High level of partiality presents)

The only positive thing in this company is technology they used.

Kona I is caring about their employees but their Bangladeshi part Kona Software is a hell of mismanagement. Management is fully self-centered. Only particular team members receive praise and salary raise. There's no work-life balance, they forced the employee to work beyond the limit.
