3. The pay is quite good since it’s located in a small city and great amount of vacation.

Not a world-class university but aspiring to be one. Good place to work. Very nice professors to work with. Nice campus.

Work pace is a bit slow and management can be of some problem. Management tend to decide things a little bit too much.
