This is the worst company in the Jaipur. After joining they never provide appointment letter, and on last working day, they never provide any document like experience or release letter. When you release this company, you can't join other company because Konstant never give any documents. konstantis the first company in the IT, they never count Saturday and Sunday in notice period. This is lala type company in Jaipur even they completed approx 18 year's. Konstant never care about their employees. Specially HR department, when you put down your paper, they start to you mentally torcher. Project leads always try to impose new rules on employee like time tracker. No work satisfication and no personal life. When you don't have project, they put on LWP.
