Managers are completely disconnected from reality and are more interested in their personal career than everything else. The global ambiance is very toxic, people tends to lie about everything to protect their job, you can be fired because people just "don't like you" and they will lie about it at your last meeting. For the last 2 years they have been selling a 4 days work week to employee and future prospect, to cancel everything at the last moment. Pay is super low compared to any other company.

The Korem team is really great and competent. In my team, I feel like we trust each other and we have fun working together. We now have access to a continuous training offer that allows us to progress in our role and in the compagny.
I also feel that the managment listened to the team and the organization has recently reviewed its benefits to offer more flexibility:
- We can choose where we work
- We are moving towards a 4-day work week

It's not really a con for me beacause I really like when things moves fast, but it is a fast paced environment. However, the managers are always attentive and they find solutions with us if the workload is too great.

The team is awesome and probably the most competent people in the industry(I know, I checked).
The management listens to us and truly cares about our well being.
I have been working there for 14 years I clearly saw the major improvements done over the years.
I have even seen the management making decisions that would impact their projects and bottom line to help employees in difficulty.
As an extra...we have the a 4 days week of work(almost).

I have to work hard every day because honestly that's what I like doing and they deserve it!
I would prefer sleeping all day in my bed but we are there yet.
