There are 3 managers from Kotra headquarter in Seoul and they stay in Chicago branch for 3 yrs. So basically they manage local people and it's very hierarchy. Meaning that if you were okay with "Yes man", you can work there. BUT, If you think you are smart and strong enough like very competitive one, I recommend you not to get a job Kotra.
