The company also is very customer focussed, a lot more than the employees. Part of the leadership team don't care about people and their needs. It makes each day a new and exciting challenge. Not really a Con, but more of a reality. We work within a mixture of the tech space and hospitality. Neither of which are a 9-5 environments. Management doesn't trust or respect staff, or readily accept (let alone act on) feedback. If you're not a "yes man", you'll be managed out, mistreated, or excluded. Old problems don't get fixed. Since starting, the team have done nothing but let me come into my own, everyone is giving it 100% every day and you don't get told no. Your opinion is just as important as anyone else's and as long as your intentions are aligned with the companies and customer's goals then you can try out what you want to be the best you can be. I'm truly glad I joined up when I did and imagine I'll be here for a long time to come. The only con I have is that the company is experiencing exponential growth and keeping up with exponential is impossible. We do the most with the resources we have but new processes need to be put in place to cope, like building a ladder you're climbing.
