However, do not expect any help from the management(they won't train you). 4) HR Managers are doing their best to support the employees, but things won't go as they planned as management control everything. 1) Workplace infrastructure has to be improved a lot. 2) Can't guarantee the duration of the project you were hired for. 3) They will ask you to cross skill yourself into a different technology (If there is no suitable project for your skill) like Testing to Python, Python to ETL/Analytics tool, Big Data to AWS. If the results are not good enough then it will be adios. 4) Management doesn't even care to have a f2f discussion after an employee put down his papers. Seriously, if you are calling yourself as an IT company, Market Leader... you should have a discussion to know why your employee is leaving as soon as he put down papers. its a generic process to be followed, which doesn't happen. 5) During COVID-19 time, they are not ready to give half-day off to their employees for fumigating the office and its premises. Guys.. they are working for you and it is your responsibility to take care of your Employees and their Safety. 6) They promise a lot during the interview but while working on the project it's completely different. Here is the worsted experience I’m facing with respect to work or behaviour of the people(including directors). Worst HR policies and worst work culture, I believe in last month or this month company has moved from Appolo insurance to other company, between that transition period none of the employee got cover with insurance, and funny part is this info was not informed to any of employees. And many more thing which either employees know or top management knows. Even HR will not inform if the salary is not getting credit on time. And each location has the different appraisal process. The HR department is worst, they don’t have any respect to the employees. HR director will spread lot of rumours and will play politics. All the directors will feel like they are paying to each individual employee from their pockets but they should realize their salary getting from employees billing. About colleagues, if someone getting appreciation or any promotion , all will try to pull his/her legs, that is the why new joiners are not able to mingle with old(big politicians) and don’t know how these big politician will come to know all the issues happening in company, is HR director informing them?. Extreme pressure - working long hours, over the weekends and the need to deliver at a breakneck pace 2. There are just few projects leading the sales team to promise unrealistic deadlines to customers and still the management gets to deliver with least number of resources 3. Both the Directors may be good in technical but they have zero people skills 4. Even though there has been a lot of complaints against the inhuman treatment meted out to employees by the India Directors there has been only lip service and till date no action has been taken to imbibe some professionalism in the India Directors 5. Powerless HR leading to no action on the Directors even though the attrition is more than 35% because of bad people practices by the India Directors 6. Payroll outsourced to cheap third party service provider leading to delay in salaries, frequent mistakes in taxation and lack of support in EPF related issues 7.
