Guys, dont join in this organisation especially for freshers. You will waste ur time and end up with so much of disappointment. Mass hiring of freshers are done during Jan-Feb month every year and then fire them from company in the month of May after target are achieved. Cons: Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. Manager has full control on Appraisal system and policies. HR is mere spectator and for sake of name only. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault. Expect to work during weekend / from home without any extra benefit. Pros: Didn't see any Pros for this company in India.
