Die KPIT bietet speziell intern aber auch extern wie z.B. zusammen mit Universitäten ein vielfältiges Weiterbildungsangebot an. Die KPIT zahlt marktübliche Gehälter. Als Vorgesetzter bei der KPIT hat man die große Verantwortung auf jeden einzelnen einzugehen und ihm eine Umgebung zu bieten, wo er sich am besten entfalten kann. Bei der KPIT ist jeder gleichberechtigt. Aber auch das Thema Frauenförderung hat bei der KPIT einen hohen Stellenwert 1 Mal pro Monat findet eine Mitarbeiterveranstaltung statt, wo aktuellste Neuerungen durch das Management kommuniziert werden. Diese Veranstaltung bieten eine gute Gelegenheit Fragen zu stellen, sich mit dem Leadership zu connecten und Ideen einzubringen. Darüber hinaus gibt es auch noch andere Austausch-Plattformen wie z.B. per Email, Webex oder z.B. per Video. Schönes Büro und neueste Technik Netter Umgang und guter Zusammenhalt zwischen den Kollegen. Das Klima unter den Kollegen ist etwas besonderes bei der KPIT. Der Firma KPIT ist es wichtig Verantwortung zu übernehmen und einen Beitrag zur Gesellschaft zu leisten. Speziell im Bereich "Umwelt" hat und wird sich die Firma KPIT aktiv einsetzen. Modern, Innovativ und Dynamisch KPIT ist ein stark wachsendes Unternehmen und arbeitet an interessanten Themen rund um die Automobil-Elektronik wie z.B. Autonomous Driving, E-Powertrain, Connected Car, Vehicle Diagnostics oder z.B. AUTOSAR. Sehr gute Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen, sowohl lokal als auch global. Die Manager sind offen für jegliche Art von Woking-Themen. Sie sind offen für Vorschläge und treffen gemeinsam Entscheidungen. Die Kommunikation ist offen und ehrlich. Man holt und bekommt gerne Hilfe. Die Kollege sind freundlich und haben Teamgeist. Nach meine Meinung sind die Aufgaben sehr interessant und man macht häufig etwas anderes. Die Kommunikation ist effektiv, das Management ist ziemlich flexibel und hat Mitgefühl für den Kandidaten. Ich mag, weil der Führungsstil eine demokratische Ausrichtung hat, die kooperativ, vermittelnd und reaktionsfreudig ist.
