And you will be working on Development, Maintaining, Testing, Writing Doc, Deployment everything alone, so you can have the complete overview of the life cycle of a product!
All co-workers are amazingly friendly and helpful(this is the biggest point here)

1. Poor Marketing team- NO PROJECTS
2. Outsourcing is the worst thing that can happen to one employee and that happens here 99% of time, as they have very few projects
3. SALARY- THEY NEVER PROVIDE SALARY ON TIME, It takes 5/6 th date of a month to get the salary, such that they are doing favor, by giving money.

1.Give the deserved salary ON TIME
2. Give some proper benefits , there is no benefit currently, other than some fixed salary and vogus performance bonus.
3. Bring in good projects other than outsourcing
4. Get a good marketing team that brings in good projects, and broader technolgy sprectum, without sticking to a single stack
5. Give recognition to the people who had done with without product manager/ supervision

Best for freshers, you will be guided by all the seniors if you get stuck on any part and even Surendra sir himself is very helpful and helping in all manner if we want any time

One thing i felt bad like as we joined as freshers, there should be a joining gift like a mug or a t-shirt with their company logo like many of my other friends had got this from their company and if we could get this it motivates us. other then i dont think any cons are there

Very poor management, no trust. Not much opportunity for an experienced person. Salary structure is very bad. They put a bigger amount as variable in CTC. Also, company pay structure for experienced one is below average compared to the industry standard. Too much politics in management.

As a fresher you will feel suffocated, pros are hard to find, and only good if you are ready to invest 6-7 months without salary, ultimately you may have production level coding skills.
|
If you don't want to ruin your start of Career , just SKIP thus company. They will make you work like slave and won't pay a single penny until you pass all according to their stupid system. You have to go through a hard core training schedule with tons of exams , assignment, project and they will pay 0. And fares, transportation charges etc are from your expenses. And mist annoyingly , after such hardcore training, you will again have to go through 3 Months probation period with salary same as a toto-driver's salary( maybe even less), if a student goes through such hardcore training, he deserves a joining with full salary after passing training program!!!

Please motivate the students freshers by paying them a minimal stipend while training, or else only take experienced personnel, and freshers do learn after joining also!! Though according to this company a fresher needs to be a web geek to get a chance to join for a probation period, Ridiculous!!
