I experienced micromanagement, negative attitudes, and frequent yelling of criticism, which echoes in the open-office setting. Yearly reviews are sporadic and unreliable, little room to grow, hardly any mentoring opportunities. A 2 star review only because the supporting management staff is excellent and does their best to create a good atmosphere. The office is a lot of fun and projects vary all the time. The office is located in the heart of Campus Corner so coffee/lunch is near. The office space is great and it is a fun environment. I really enjoy the football season because the office turns into a tailgating party which is fun to build relationships with the entire team. Many places I have worked do not have a culture that fosters relationships.
