At the time they had us working 12 hour swing shift. I felt we were well guided and made a difference for the customer daily. If not for the facility closing I would have retired from Kroeschell Operations. The company was a decent place to work I was there for 7 years and only had one training opportunity, it was helpfull n a lot of the task I performed but it would have been better to have more training. I worked for Kroeschell on joint base MDL in jersey. We didn’t get any overtime and you have the option to either take health care or 401k. Either way you loose about $3 a hour to cover your 401 or health. Kroeschell will kiss butt to the facility managers that work for the government so they can in return keep winning bids on the contract. Kroeschell is a great place to work and the people are even better to work with. Everyone helps each other out and not many people are finger pointers. People take responsibility for their own actions and all are very competent in their abilities. Great lunch-ins a ll the time. Great work environment period! Good people!
