Not too much pressure regarding sell, even though you get a review each month of how much money you’ve made. It’s a good start getting in to the travel industry, I learned a lot and overall I enjoyed it for being a part time job, but would not want to work in the costumer service again, maybe another position in that case. | Could be very stressful and many times when something happened, like a big delay or anything that had a big impact on our clients, we didn’t get much info. The clients called us and we didn’t know what to say. There was hardly never any management working in the weekends so we didn’t know who to ask.
