Many employees can WFH. Low pay, especially for newer employees. They used to offer competitive pay, but no longer. Terrible PTO benefits as time is accrued, instead of front-loaded like most firms do. 15 days PTO which is a joke. And their PTO tracking system is always behind and has issues. Because they are based in CA, the best health benefits/plans are offered to CA employees. No real company culture as the majority of employees are remote. Lack of leadership is a big issue. I'd take the Glassdoor reviews with a grain of salt....two 5 star positive reviews on the same day? -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 3.0 3.0 2.0 4.0 2.0 2.0 492622 Open Publish a company org chart and share it with the entire company and put on the website. Employees have absolutely no clue who is in leadership, which is an issue when there are massive lay-offs. Don't promote from within without providing management training as most of the managers are clueless and have absolutely NO management experience. If there is a job opening, PUBLISH it so that it is open to all eligible employees to apply. Take employee suggestions seriously as those are the people having to do actual client work. Regarding your benefits comments we'd like to begin by saying that options may be changing, but they're certainly not disappearing, and in some ways they've been enhanced.\n\nRegarding the 401(k) plan, your review was written and posted before we announced and awarded our contribution for 2019; in addition, we moved to a new plan provider, which cut participant's account-specific fees roughly in half.\n\nRegarding health insurance, we were getting regular employee and new-hire feedback on our former multi-provider, multi-tiered system that it was confusing and cumbersome. Our decision to change health insurance providers also was driven by our new payroll and benefits administrator. While not an exact plan-for-plan match, the new deductible options are in line with prior options, and our mapping indicated that 93% of staff would see direct, out-of-pocket cost savings.\n\nThat said, we're sorry if this benefit change is affecting your personal needs and encourage you to talk to our HR manager asap to find your best option.
