Landpoint is a great company with great people. Unfortunately Covid brought their workload to standstill and layoffs were inevitable.
Overall
Great place to work. Management is great, the employees are great. Its just an overall good place to work. Everyone is more than happy to help out in any way they can.

I love this company.

This company was like a family to me and my children. They had crayfish boils and child friendly Christmas parties. I was extremely happy while employed. I had to leave due to family medical reasons. If not, I would still be there.

It's a good company

Its a good place to work. The people are good to work with and the pay is fair. Benefits are very competitive and I have no complaints working with Landpoint. They are pretty straightforward on what they expect.

I would steer clear of working at this place. The culture was salty, the pay was poor and the people were downright rude and angry most of the time. I would not return.

Hired my crew for a job. Great. Gave us 3 start dates and made us move across the state only to end up telling us to kick rocks the day before we were supposed to start. Didn’t reimburse us for any travel expenses and essentially put our financial lives in jeopardy. If you like being screwed over this the place for you.

I wouldn't recommend working for landpoint the human resources department is a joke .management is a joke their payroll is a joke .they don't care about you at all. they see an instrument man and Rodman as a dime a dozen and don't give a single care about you .they reward laziness just one people's word and ignore whenever you do good work.
