Awful management. Zero management, actually. Mid-management and team leaders are terrible people. The work is so automated that they expect you to be a robot, and when you´re stuck, they treat you like you´re an idiot. No one really knows what they´re doing. Even the clients are confused. But if you speak up, you´re out.
