I've always felt appreciated and welcomed here, and I know the benefits & pay are competitive, especially time-off and general flexibility with schedule. It is an agency, and depending on your clients, you will likely have a few late nights and very busy seasons. Clients aren't always kind and can be difficult, but LaunchSquad does attempt to navigate when things get out of hand.
