Great location for good clientele. Tipping guide near the check-out area was always up to date. Flexibility with work schedules.

Lack of internal audits made it easy for sales associate errors to go unnoticed when commissions & sales were to be split with appropriate therapist. Selective enforcement of policies. Never had any staff meetings during Covid-19 pandemic.

owner kept increasing prices with no plan for client backlash, front desk suffered from higher up decisions. kept losing therapists and scheduling structure needs work. insane hoops to jump through to be eligible for your commisions. owner skimped out on pay outs.

Sometimes business is slow and in that case the pay is lower but, at least they have a base for not having clients.
