The pros of working at Lay Bare are:
-the hiring process was smooth
-the H.R. was really helpful and easy to reach out
-the marketing/creative team was friendly and supportive
-they provided me with a company laptop since It was W.F.H.

-the salary
-in a W.F.H. there are several instances where there were no boundaries. I experienced where the manager will message me to do something even after working hours, probably just happened 10 times but still. And one time it was on a Sunday morning, which was my day off when the manager asked me for an urgent revision.
-small creative team.
-the Job offer was Graphic Designer, but eventually, I was also asked to edit videos.
