Great location next to A1(M), Short walking commute from the train station, local amenities. Line managers are brilliant. New owners (Namesco LTD) are not open to listening to new staff.

No career progression opportunities. HR does not care about health concerns (COVID-19), Senior management do not listen to all employees, No longer owned by Mark Boost (as this page suggests).

Need more incentives to stay on at company. Could do better.

Easily accessible from the A1(M), local train station and cycle paths.

Little response from feedback given to management.
As time goes on, more and more aspects of the job are introduced and no salary increase or extra recognition.
Customer service is the last to get any kinds of tech upgrades. Other teams are treated to new and up to date hardware to perform their jobs but customer service team are left with 5 years + old hardware that crashes and promised new kit but never turns up.
Customer service reps are treated like bottom feeders.
Sometimes the team is too laid back and the office can get rowdy.
Parking is a joke. They need to buy more parking spaces rather than people being forced to double park.

Respect your employees more with better salaries. With the standards that are expected, the customer service team deserve more.
Listen to feedback given and then relay back to the team rather than do nothing.
Realise the demand that is put on the support team is not light and provide better incentives to want to continue to work there as few have left with bitter tastes.
More discipline is needed in the whole company. Laid back is good but to a point, and this company goes passed that point.
Team leader understands the job better than the manager. Not good.
