All in all, I feel fortunate to be part of such a great culture and that I get to work with a team of exceptionally talented folks. The team has a laser focus to build a new category in the market and I love how the company is transitioning to a SAAS model in comparison with the historic service approach. The company focuses on employee health and wellness first, and collaboration is strongly recommended among different teams. Rev is a start up in hyper-growth. The company does promote often and there are opportunities to move up, but unless you ask, it's unclear what opportunities are available and how to reach those opportunities.
