Unfortunately, my experience with Lead Genius has been less than satisfactory. The company has major issues with leadership, which has resulted in poor relationships between team members and a lack of stability in the work flow. One of the biggest problems is the lack of salary increases over time. Despite working hard and delivering results, I found myself in the same financial position year after year. This made it difficult to feel motivated to continue putting in the same level of effort. The company culture is also lacking. There is a clear disconnect between upper management and the rest of the team, which has resulted in a lack of trust and respect.
