Dirt cheap. Some teams have to finance their own tools. No investment is made back into companies they have already purchased. Salaries are below market level. Burnout is inevitable. No sense of purpose beyond buying dusty software companies. Upper management has the charisma of chewed bubble gum. Fires people and closes regional departments and offices while saying nothing will be changed. During the pandemic, senior management have been phenomenal in every way - this seems to have been universally acknowledged by staff across the group in my experience. Really fast, positive, staff-focused response. They seem to genuinely put the well-being of staff above all else. Very good communication from senior management. I personally love working here. Some of the individual companies seem slow to modernise their systems, though I believe this is changing. Acquisitions happen fairly often so things sometimes seem hectic and fast paced. The new leadership from day one has been very open and honest about what needed to happen to bring our company up to certain standards as well as porfitability. While they made tough decisions immediately after the acquisition they did their best to communicate why the changes needed to happen and they knew and admitted that it took a toll on everyone and each department. What I will say is since that time the CEO and leadership have been extremely communicative both addressing the good along with struggles or areas of opportunities - I always know where I stand as well as the expectations. This has been especially important during this time while we have all been affected by COVID 19. The leadership acted quickly and swiftly to ensure that all employees felt safe and had the full support of leadership to make decisions to protect ourselves. They have conducted weekly communication calls so that we know exactly what to expect and have been very forthright and honest. We have even been asked for our input to how this might effect our future work, innovation and how we would like to see changes as restrictions lift. During this time we have all had to make sacrifices but those started with our leadership and we were given choices and a plan to repay this short term ask. In fact, those sacrifices were very short lived and we have our leaders to thank for all of their hardwork in this difficult time. I am very proud of how far we have come under LTG and am proud to work with this company and if you dont know who we are, check us out....we have changed!!
