Stressful, unorganized, lack of onboarding and associate help
|
Lack of help or support from the management team and office manager. Was promised onboarding, training materials, and authority of my projects in three out of three interviews and didn't receive anything that was guaranteed. The managers gave unclear direction, unclear and unmanageable expectations, and deadlines. Everyone but the transaction coordinators and a few realtors were extremely rude and consistently gossiped. I left feeling like I was lied to in my interview and disappointed. They also lied about the turnover rate with internal associates. The DFW office has a "bad rep" with corporate and other offices, but you don't know or understand this until you've been there two weeks or more.

Its a nice environment with no future
|
It is a repetitive job, some days can be busy and others completely dead. I have asked the Manager to give me extra duties to help out in any way I can when we are slow and nothing has changed. I have had this job for 3 years now and nothing will ever change, there is no room for growth or even making a bit more salary, I feel like I hit a dead end here. I want to grow my knowledge and learn more of the future company and be an asset and not feel like a waste of time.
