I worked at LMLF 4 years and had the opportunity to work in different departments-I learned a lot and met great people! The firm offered outstanding PTO, health benefits and incentives for hard work.
The partners were approachable and had a way of making you feel you were working "with" them and not for them. I saw them bend over backwards to help and accommodate employees, investors and clients alike.
I am Hispanic and all nationalities were welcomed and respected by the partners and HR.

I could have worked there forever but had to leave due to personal reasons.
